"Nutrition Facts" Sticker
Ugh. Nutrition facts. The worst part of any food packaging, in my not-so-humble opinion. With the bold fonts reminding you how good you’re allowed to feel about eating any given food, or how guilty you should feel for nourishing your body. The only way they’re helpful is to make sure you’re not eating a bad food - that is, one that you’re allergic to. Or… if it’s this helpful nutrition facts sticker, that reminds you that the numbers behind your snack do not indicate anything about you. Nourishing your body is a human right, not a privilege to be earned. Be easy on yourself, my friend!
These are laminated stickers, giving them a smooth, glossy finish and water-resistance. Still, if the sticker gets wet, it is best to dry it ASAP to prevent any smearing that may occur from prolonged/excess water exposure. It is approximately 3” high by 2.2” wide at the tallest and widest points, respectively.
